The 85 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a glass-enclosed terrace, and a small balcony, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning (in the living room and one bedroom), ceiling fans (in both bedrooms and the living room), a decorative fireplace, and complete kitchen facilities.



The apartment is very close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport, major supermarkets, shopping streets, and restaurants. Please note, there are stairs to access the apartment, which is on the first floor. Pets and events are not allowed.
