The vacation home is located in a rural area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The palm-lined beach of San Benedetto del Tronto is about 9 km away. On the 5,000-square-meter property, which is planted with palm trees, olive trees, and many flowers and herbs, stands the main house with a large terrace and a fantastic view of the unspoiled Marche countryside stretching to the Gran Sasso Nature Park on one side and the sea on the other. The first floor of the main house, which measures approximately 100 square meters, is characterized by four cross-vaulted ceilings made of terracotta bricks. It is divided into a dining area with a large table, a living area with a fireplace and comfortable seating, and the kitchen, which is separated from the other rooms by a glass wall. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the large terrace. There is also a guest restroom in the entryway. The upper floor is accessible via an interior and exterior staircase and features two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a third, smaller bedroom. All three rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the upper floor includes a fireplace room with a sofa and a small room with a washing machine and restroom. The “Cassetta” accommodates two people. The living and dining area is separated from the sleeping area—which features an antique wrought-iron bed—by a folding screen. It also has its own kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase leads from the house down to the lower level, which features a swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a shower and toilet. In front of the house is a beautiful, furnished terrace. The Cassetta (additional cost) is not rented separately from the main house to guarantee absolute privacy
