This vacation retreat features a beautiful terrace in a peaceful residence with a secure swimming pool. Located next to the state forest and close to the beach and shops, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.



The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a small office nook. The cabin-style bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), while there’s another sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room and a separate toilet are also available, as well as a laundry room. The terrace offers a lovely space to relax outdoors, and there are two designated parking spaces (18 and 19). The secure pool is just a few meters away from the property, with no direct disturbance.



The house comes with all the necessary equipment for your stay, including an induction cooktop, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a sofa bed, a TV, WiFi, garden furniture, and a barbecue.



The property is ideally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, the tourist office, the beach, and the forest. By bike, you’ll be 31 minutes from the Novotel Thalasso Oléron and 15 minutes from the beautiful Vert Bois beach.



This property can accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for a small family or group of friends.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
