Villa Meravigliosa - Sunny Beachfront And Luxury Home

Exclusive 4 bedroom luxury home very close to wonderful beaches (8 min by foot) with a very large park - garden and a swimming pool without chlorine. The house was build from the famous Italian architect Gamondi and so one of the nicest villas of the Costa Smeralda with incredible open views on the water from all rooms and bedrooms.

There are two big fully equipped kitchens, two familyrooms/saloons with a very big glassed winter garden and covered terrace. a lot of parking places ,a guardian house, a nice duple room with bath for the staff and a big laundry room. Relax outside in comfort while enjoying the sardinian sea- breeze, lush gardens and awesome sunsets each night. It's a magical peaceful, private, secure and elegant place in the middle of a fantastic nature and a chic and international village.

We are a little mixed Italian/German family with two children and love the crystal Sardinia sea. For us it's the most beautiful seaside in Europe!! So we bough this fantastic quiet villa with the Hugh natural park in Porto Rotondo.

Porto Rotondo is a really chic and beautiful village with every kind of infrastructure you need. A big choice of restaurants, bars and social live events. There are also a pharmacy, a church and a medical center. And last, but not least a lot of beaches and sporting possibilities!

What makes this property unique

A housekeeper will take care of you 6 hours a day and a professional cooker will prepare 6 meals a week and the breakfast.
