Nestled in the picturesque countryside near the charming village of Campos, the finca—with its animals—offers an oasis of tranquility and privacy. The property is also just a few minutes away from the island’s most beautiful beach—Es Trenc.

Located not far from Campos, the property is designed for animal lovers who seek tranquility and prefer the typical, rustic Spanish style. Although life in Palma is only 30
minutes away, here you’ll find time to relax, peace and quiet, and a sweeping view across the
countryside all the way to the dunes that line the coast.

During the summer months, the large terrace overlooking the pool is the focal point of the
finca; in winter, it’s the living room with its large dining table and wood-burning stove. The antiques
on the terrace, as well as inside the house, create a cozy atmosphere.

The property is located between Campos and Sa Rapita on Mallorca and was built in the typical
Spanish finca style.

Just 7 km from the island’s most beautiful beach, Es Trenc, with
turquoise-blue waters and a white sandy beach.

The town center of Campos is 2.5 km away; where you’ll find 3 large supermarkets
and other shopping options, as well as charming bistros and restaurants.

The drive to the airport takes 25 minutes when traffic is light.

You should plan on 30–40 minutes for the drive to downtown Palma.

Equestrian enthusiasts and horse lovers will be in their element here and can explore the magnificent landscape around Campos on
horseback riding excursions. In winter, the Es
Trenc offers the opportunity for beach riding.

The eight stables are spacious, well-ventilated, and all equipped with automatic waterers. In addition,
there is a feed room and a riding clubhouse. The sight of the donkeys creates the
typical Mallorcan atmosphere.

A large number of palm trees, meter-high bougainvilleas, a cactus garden, oleander trees
and many other plants ensure a constantly “green view”.
