Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Der Park ist gepflegt und das Personal ist freundlich. Leider ist ein Großteil der Ressortanlagen wie zum Beispiel das Bowling der Pool oder die Getränke an der Bar nur für die All Inclusive Gäste reserviert. Es war nicht möglich, in Eigenleistung Dinge zu nutzen oder Essen und Getränke wie den Kinderpunch einfach zu bezahlen. All Inclusive oder eben gar nichts. Dadurch führt man sich ein bisschen aussortiert, wie Gäste zweiter Klasse. Muss ich nicht nochmal haben. Sehr schade.

Sehr nettes Personal...Zimmer sauber gut gut aufgeteilt. Selbstverpflegung eher schwierig da Ceranfeld nicht angeschlossen und kein Licht in der Küche..ansonsten ist dieses Resort auf einem super weg! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Der Raum wurde mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sofort super wohl. Auch das Bad ist neu und modern. Allgemein war as Hotel sehr sauber. Das Buffet hat uns jedes Mal mit einem neuen Highlight überrascht. :-) Auch die Silvester Party hat uns alles geboten, was man sich wö wünscht. Durch die Vielzahl der Angebote für die Kinder, konnten auch wir Eltern Zweisamkeit genießen. Überhaupt hat das Gelände soviel für Kinder zi bieten, das es einen überwältigt hat. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut allen Familien empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Empfang (Check-in)war mäßig freundlich. Statt der wie in der Buchung angegebenen 5Eur/Tag sollte ich plötzlich 20Eur/Tag für einen Hund zahlen (völlig gesponnen). Würde dann allerdings zurück genommen nachdem ich auf meine Buchung verwiesen habe. Das Zimmer war ungeheißt und das Kondenswasser lief die Scheiben herab. Die Handtuchheizung ging nicht und musste 3 mal reklamiert werden. Jetzt wird sie aber auch nur Hand warm... Zu dem war die Zimmerreinigung ungenügend. In dem Alkoven fanden unsere Kinde, grosse Brotkrumen und zwei Spielkarten (Uno und irgendwas anderes) , wir fanden Pistazienschalen in der ritze des Doppelbetts. Es wurde nach Reklamation gereinigt. Wir müssten auch diskutieren, damit uns die Küchenzeile aufgesperrt wird. Hinweis: es gibt in der Küchezeile kein Besteck oder Teller und auch nicht genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch für 4 Personen. Das all-inclusive haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt.
