Vacation home near Lucca with private pool

Just a few kilometers from the renowned Tuscan cities of Florence, Pisa, and Lucca, this country house lies at the foot of the small village of Montecarlo (LU), famous for its excellent wines.

The holiday home is part of a working farm that produces its own wine, olive oil, and honey, among other things.

Interior

The villa offers ample space for up to 6 adults and two children in its 120 m² of living area. Guests will be accommodated in three spacious bedrooms (two double rooms and one twin room), all tastefully furnished in a classic style.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

From the spacious, fully equipped country-style kitchen, you can access the open-plan living area with its comfortable seating. From here, guests have direct access to the shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco at the large table.

The holiday home remains relatively cool even in the height of summer, and there is a fan in every room.

Outdoor Area
The property is fenced and offers guests a well-maintained 2000 m² garden. Within this garden, also secured by a gate, is the pool area, boasting a beautiful panoramic view. The swimming pool (4 x 10 m; 1.4 m to 1.6 m deep), equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, and parasols, invites relaxation and rejuvenation, while the attractive night lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the evenings.

Near the pool, in the shade of the majestic trees, guests can enjoy meals they have prepared themselves on the barbecue or in the pizza oven.

A playground with a slide, swings, a playhouse, and more provides entertainment for younger guests.

Children can also visit the animals on the adjacent farm. There are dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigs, and a donkey.

Guests have access to a garage space and an open parking area. The access road is paved and suitable for all types of vehicles.

The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate, which is activated by remote control.
