Porto Ronco lies between Ascona and Brissago on the Lake Maggiore. The apartment house is located in an elevated and sunny position above the village. Beautiful panoramic view on the lake towards Ascona and far until Italy, the opposite Brissago islands and the mountains. Lake side, large balcony with furniture. Indoor swimmingpool (ca. 5x15m, open end of March to end of Oct) with small outdoor terrace and sauna for common use. Elevator. Driveway until house, reserved parking space in garage. Bus stop ca.100m. Shops ca. 3 km. Lake with beach ca. 2km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Pets permitted.

Entrance and hall. Living room with dining table, sofa, satelite-TV, Hi Fi, wireless internet and exit on the covered lake-side balcony with beautiful view. Kitchen, own room with cooking combination, e-stove, dishwasher, washing machine. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons and exit on lake side balcony.
