Free street parking, WIFI, public transport nearby. PDX is 15 min away; with Downtown, the Pearl, the Convention and Moda Centers closer still (12 minutes)- We take last minute bookings - call anytime.

—— Second/Main level provides -A Queen Bedroom, Full Bath, well-equipped Kitchen, spacious Living/Dining room, Washer/Dryer, front Porch and back Deck with BBQ and seasonal fruit

—— Upper/Third Level provides -A King Bedroom with Master Bathroom, A Double Twins’ bedroom with an extra Cot Pull Out, and yet Another Full Bath

—— Cribs, highchairs, gate, toys, yoga mats, cooler ,etc. available as needed

—— High-speed WIFI, 5 TVs with satellite Direct TV and/or Blu Ray players

—— The 4 Full Bathrooms provide 4 showers and 3 bathtubs, and 5 sinks

KITCHEN facilities are set to cook a gourmet meal with pots, serve-ware, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, tea kettle and coffee makers.

Or you can reheat leftovers from any of the delicious restaurants all around the house.

There is a bar counter with 3 modern bar stools and a main level dining room table which will accommodate 10+ chairs. Plus an extra 3 at the bar counter

There is also a full kitchen on the lower level, with a living area, and a smaller table.

RELAX on the large front porch, sip and chat away the night on the back deck in a private and fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, fruit trees and grass.

BICYCLES welcome and a place to lock them out back. Ride on the Urban bicycle “highway.” Rent them on Alberta Street. Or rent a BikeTown bike all over town. Car Share is abundant here.

Accidental damage?

I charge a $69 accidental damage fee of up to $1500. We never anticipate damage, and in 6 years, I've found my guests to feel the same way.

When you book this property, you're booking a house that I own and manage. If anything comes up, you'll be calling me for assistance. I make i a priority to be available for my guests, past, present, & future.

This home is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Free Street Parking. WIFI. It's easily accessible to the airport, to the culinary center that is it to drink Oregon's great beers, wine, coffee and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Wine Country, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

What makes this house unique

This is a private 3 level townhome in a residential house setting. You can walk around and take in Portland or you can sit around and watch the decorative flora grow. Its a newer building and it has all of the things that make a home comfortable: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, a few places to drink your coffee/tea, a nice place to relax indoors or out front on the front porch. Or you can hang out in one of the King beds and watch a rented DVD, stream Netflix, satellite Direct TV, Wi-Fi Internet or take a walk around the neighborhood.

Nice home in a great location.

We rented the entire house (top unit and lower unit) providing us 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The house had all the amenities you might need. On a clear day you can see Mt St Helens from the kitchen window! The location is walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and bars in the Alberta neighborhood. Within a half block there's a couple of restaurants, yoga studio and vintage store and within three blocks a great grocery store, BBQ stand, pizza, liquor store and pub.

Great girls weekend

This was the perfect place for 5 girlfriends spending the weekend in Portland. Loved the Alberta Arts neighborhood and Bella was an outstanding host! The house was well very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Would recommend this home for a group stay such as ours.

Great place for a large group!

Recently stayed with a group of friends in both levels, and we had a great experience. The house is comfortable and well appointed. Easy walk to all the restaurants and bars on Alberta Street. Bella is next door and was very attentive to anything we needed. Great location and all around good experience.

Nice place to stay and not to far from airport.

I think the property was very nice and had everything you would expect. The owner was also very nice. The only thing is there are a lot of stairs so if you have any problems with stairs I would suggest you steer clear. Their is plenty of dinning within walking distance and is not to far from the freeway. Overall thought it was worth the money for a large family.

Perfect home away from home!

We were celebrating our in laws 40th anniversary in Portland. Bella was an amazing host. Always available and ready to answer any questions. The house was in great condition and in a perfect location. Walking distance from Alberta district and so close to downtown. The house was so neat and had a great layout for our family of 7. Just awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks you Bella!

perfectly located and accomodated our group with a baby

The house was nicely maintained and fit our large group well. We were in town for a wedding so we were centrally located and close to all the events. Local neighborhood full of fun restaurants and shops. Great time had by all!
