Located in Agnone Cilento, the villa 'With Pool in Private Park' offers you a splendid sea view. The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



Outside, you can enjoy a private area with an open terrace, balcony and barbecue. There is also a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from July to the end of August) and an outdoor shower. The park's pool is closed daily from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.



The property is close to the beach. A parking space is available on the property and free street parking is also available. One pet is allowed. Smoking and hosting parties or events are not permitted.
