The expansive, tree-lined garden and terrace are perfect for enjoying long summer evenings in a peaceful setting.



Ideally located for exploring Brittany, the villa is just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz Exhibition Center.

Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests listed in the contract may access the property.



Washing machine available only for stays over 5 nights. Stays not permitted for children under 6. No pets allowed. Cleaning service available for an extra fee, or return the house as clean as you found it (inside and out). Any damage must be reported and may incur charges.
