We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the apartment’s very central location and its proximity to shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, the lake, parks, and many of Zurich’s main sights. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand your point, especially during periods of unusually high temperatures. Air conditioning is still very uncommon in private residential apartments in Switzerland, including in Zurich, as it has traditionally not been a standard feature in local homes. For this reason, our apartments are equipped with fans rather than AC units. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will review how we can communicate this even more clearly in our listings, particularly for international guests who may expect AC during the summer months. Thank you also for your comment regarding drop-off and pick-up. As the apartment is located in a very central area with restricted vehicle access, taxis and cars may not always be able to stop directly in front of the building. We will look into making this information clearer for future guests.
