A special highlight is the fireplace in the living area, which creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the evenings.



Enjoy the view of the ‘Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden’ from your own terrace.

The communal grounds feature a small pond and a barbecue area.



The flat has a bright, inviting living and dining area, which is equipped with a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe



The bathroom is equipped with a shower.



Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.



WLAN and car parking are included.

rundrum natur

Perfekt eingerichtete FeWo mit allen Kleinigkeiten vom Filterpapier bis Spüli, schöner Kamin mit Sichtfenster und Holz für romantische Abende in den kühleren Jahreszeiten, gut geschnittene Wo, große Terrasse mit den Stimmen des Waldes und der Wildgänse in der Umgebung mit Blick auf den Bodden und für Frühaufsteher herrlicher Sonnenaufgang darüber, jahreszeitabhängig - bei mir 4:30 Uhr ! Eine Location um die " kleinen Alltagssorgen " zu vergessen und sich mal wieder komplett zu ERDEN ! Auch an das Kind im Manne war gedacht, so befand sich in der Falte des nett drapierten Kopfkissens im Schlafzimmer eine kleine Portion " Gummibärchen " ! Fazit : Ich würde es wieder Buchen !
