A comfortable and spacious holiday flat, approx. 40 m² with a south-facing balcony for up to 3 people in a quiet but central location.
The beach (sand) is only 70 m away, 400 m away you will find the town centre, the old town and the promenade.
Several supermarkets and shopping facilities (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar, dm, electronics store, Plodine), as well as bakeries, restaurants and shopping facilities for daily needs are 1 km away.
Water sports such as kite surfing and sailing are also available on site.
Bicycles and e-bikes can also be hired for leisurely cycle tours.
