Our stylishly furnished vacation rental, measuring approximately 110 m², offers you the utmost comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area is air-conditioned and invites you to linger. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a cozy corner bathtub—perfect for unwinding after an eventful day. The fully equipped built-in kitchen has everything you could ask for: an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils are at your disposal. Towels, dish towels, dishcloths, and dish soap are also provided. An ironing board, iron, and clothes rack round out the amenities. The highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious balcony with direct access from the living and dining area. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view and unwind. Our vacation rental is ideally located, just a few minutes from the historic town of Cham. Whether by car or bike, this charming town—with its sights, shopping, and dining options—is easily accessible. Thanks to its convenient access to the B20 and B85, the apartment serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the Bavarian Forest as well as the nearby Bohemian Forest (Czech Republic). Numerous attractions, nature parks, and cultural highlights are waiting to be discovered—an ideal destination any time of year! For your convenience, free parking is available right in front of the house. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. You will receive the bank details in a separate email. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange these details, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib is available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need one.
