In the Half-Timbered House "Neustadt" Apartment 2 – 5 Minutes to the Lake

Modern apartment in the heart of Überlingen’s historic old town. Just a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance, restaurants, and public transport (bus, train, boat). Located on the second floor, the apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (each 1m x 2m). The living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining space. There’s a bathroom with shower and WC, plus a hallway with wardrobe. The living room offers two built-in beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. A baby cot can be provided in one bedroom. Beds are made and fresh towels are provided weekly. One parking space per apartment is available at the house.
