On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, table and TV. There is also a sleeping area for 2 people in the room. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is another room that serves as both a bedroom and an additional living room. There is a TV, table and sleeping area for 2 people. The second kitchen is connected to this room. On the first floor there is also a 3-person bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The holiday home has a balcony, and on the ground floor there is a terrace with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. A washing machine is available. The house is well-insulated, and the efficient fireplace heating allows for comfortable relaxation all year round. Wireless internet is available. There is a place for a bonfire in the well-kept garden. In the beautifully maintained orchard you can help yourself to plums, apples or pears. For the youngest, there is a small summer swimming pool (round, set up for July and August) and a playground. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, stay with a dog (max. 2), internet, parking, 3 bicycles. There is a forest in the area, perfect for long walks and attractive bike trips. In the nearby seaside resort of Jarosławiec, there is a large and attractive aquapark. There is also an amber museum here, and relaxation will be provided by the largest beach on the Baltic Sea, the "Polish Dubai".
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
