In the hamlet Stancijeta 18 km from the centre of Poreč, 15 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (25 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 20 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 4 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Terrace 15 m2, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs.
