The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property boasts a private outdoor space with a garden, children's pool, terrace, and barbecue, ideal for a relaxing vacation experience.

Guests enjoy access to a terrace with a garden overlooking the canal.

The vacation home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with an idyllic location directly on the canal, surrounded by nature. It offers convenient access to 2 supermarkets, a restaurant, and local bus services. The property is close to recreational spots such as Großes Meer, Ihler Meer, and Timmeler Meer, as well as swimming pools, Ihlow Abbey, Birgit’s Tiergarten, the coast, and the seal station. The area is also rich in cycling paths. Public transport links are within walking distance of the vacation home.
