Insgesamt empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht lärmempfindlich ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräuschempfindlich. Fernseher, oder Gespräche aus den Nachbarwohnungen dringen durch. Dauergäste haben bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert. Für uns war das deshalb nichts.
