The cozy living and dining area, featuring a 42-inch high-end OLED TV (with streaming, Alexa, Astra HD+, and a DVD/Blu-ray player), opens onto a 12-square-meter balcony that catches the afternoon sun and offers a magnificent view over the fields—the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, and more, leaves nothing to be desired. A bedroom with a large double bed (2x 90x200 cm), as well as a children’s room in the attic with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional toilet with a sink. The attic is accessible via a space-saving staircase—in addition to the children’s bedroom, there is also a small playroom here, and access is secured by a safety gate.
