Eine sehr schöne,saubere Ferienwohnung . In sehr guter Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, nicht weit nach Burg und super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad.

Ferienwohnung in vermieteter Eigentumswohnung-Anlage, sicherlich als Kapitalanlage ! Alles in neu und in guter Ausstattung für Sebstversorger im Urlaub. Die Wohnung im zweiten Stock und recht glatte Treppen in der Bebauung , was natürlich für etwas ältere Feriengäste/ Senioren beschwerlich ist, insbesondere der Aufstieg mit schweren Koffern. Problematisch die Benutzung der Dusche morgens und abends, kam man sich vor wie bei einer Kneipp- Kur , obwohl soetwas nicht gebucht ! Bei Recherche bei Nachbarn( Eigentümer) kam die Information: Der unstete Wasserdruck verursache dieses Problem ! Bei Duschgang war Wasser entweder heiß oder kalt, das selbst die versuchte Einstellung auf Wohlfühltemperatur, entweder in heiß oder kalt wechselte und man sich nicht getraute Haare zu waschen! Geht natürlich nicht bei einem Neubau und Nachbarin versicherte, dieses bestehende Problem, bei nächster Eigentümerversammlung anzusprechen ! Damit ist man natürlich als Urlauber nicht ausreichend bedient! Betten boten ebenfalls nicht den gewünschten Komfortzone, aber das ist ja eher ein persönliches Befinden. Fazit: eher Verhalten und eine nochmalige Buchung fällt eher nicht in Betracht ! Zumal bestehende Erfahrung aus anderen Küstenregionen deutlich besser waren.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. 2 Punkte, die wir anmerken möchten... 1. Die Küche ist techn. sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet aber wenig Stauraum für Lebensmittel. 2. Das Wäschepaket. 28,- € p.P. für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und 1 Rolle Klopapier finden wir etwas hoch. Positiv erwähnen wollen wir den Stellraum hinter dem Carport, der sich hervorragend als Fahrradgarage eignet. Service vor Ort haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, mussten wir aber bewerten, sonst können wir die Bewertung insgesamt nicht abschicken. Deshalb den 1 Stern hier ignorieren.
