Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

In a prime location in Laboe: A fully equipped 3-room duplex vacation apartment on the 3rd floor, offering approximately 85 m² of space, awaits you and up to 4 guests.

Enjoy a relaxing stay just off the beach in the heart of Laboe. Enjoy the short walk to the beach and watch large ships, sailors, and kitesurfers pass by from the lofty vantage point of the rooftop terrace or the convertible window above—even the Laboe Memorial is clearly visible from here. The lower level features a spacious combined living-dining-kitchen area with cozy wooden beams. Relax in the sitting area with a smart TV, or cook together in the high-quality kitchenette with a cooking island and seating. A bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an en suite bathroom, another shower room, and the furnished rooftop terrace round out this floor. A narrow staircase with a ship-inspired design leads to the attic on the 4th floor. The twin bedroom there is separated from the rest of the living area, which features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and, above all, an impressive view from the convertible window toward the Kiel Fjord.

Your beds will be freshly made upon arrival, and towels will be provided—so you can conveniently leave your bed linens and towels at home.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Please note that this vacation rental does not include a parking space. You may park any bicycles you bring with you on the property.
