Modernly furnished, the ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace with a vie of the pool. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. One of the bedrooms additionally features a TV.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge. There are two parking spaces available on the fenced property and another parking space is in the garage. A badminton net, table tennis, darts and a trampoline are available in the garden. The final 150 m to the house are via unpaved road. Bookings from youth groups are not accepted.
