Studio Boubet offers modern comfort and a warm welcome in a peaceful rural setting. This 2-star rated studio is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated house and accommodates up to 3 guests, making it ideal for a countryside escape.



The air-conditioned space features a private terrace with garden furniture, access to a shared grassy courtyard, and a barbecue area. Inside, the studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a combined oven/microwave, mini dishwasher (6 place settings), and compact fridge. You'll also find a TV with Canal Satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable convertible armchair for a third guest if needed.



Sleeping arrangements include a 160 cm double bed, which can be separated into two single beds upon request. The bed will be made for your arrival, and towels are provided. The rental includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, and a separate WC. Heating and reversible air conditioning, as well as cleaning, are all included. A baby bed can be provided on request.



Guests have access to a 1,000 m² property with small vineyard, and a lake suitable for walking or fishing is within walking distance in the nearby village of Doazon. Hot air balloon departures are available locally, and an auto and karting circuit is just 80 meters away.
