Une très bonne adresse !

La location est conforme à l'annonce. Cette maison est très propre, bien équipée et très bien située: au calme (pas de risque d'être ennuyé par le bruit) mais proche de nombreux sites touristiques (Les Milandes, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac,...). Le terrain est entièrement clos et il est possible de stationner au moins 3 voiture sans problème. Le tout à 5 mn à pied de la Dordogne, très appréciable pour les amateurs de baignade en rivière ou encore les pêcheurs. Pour couronner le tout, le proprio est super sympa et disponible mais sans être envahissant. En conclusion: à louer les yeux fermés.

Het verblijf op zich was prima. Wij zijn er 1 week geweest en hadden helaas geen geweldig weer, maar dat risico wisten wij van te voren. Het huis heeft een hele prettige indeling en een zeer redelijke verhuurprijs. Niks aan de hand dus, tot we erachterkomen wat het verdienmodel van deze verhuurder is. Willen ze mij €150 in rekening brengen voor het verplaatsen van de pingpong-tafel naar de oprit. De oprit is de enige plek waar de tafel redelijk recht kan staan, de gehele tuin loopt namelijk af. Ik heb een klein salontafeltje 1 meter verschoven. We hebben het huis netjes en schoon achter gelaten en toch beweren dat dit niet zo is. Beweren dat wij een jacuzzi-knop zouden hebben gesloopt. Je mag dat ten eerste geen jacuzzi noemen. De enige beweging dat de tobbe maakt, is als het zwembad gaat spoelen. Ten tweede was het weer zo slecht dat we er niet eens gebruik van konden maken. Wij zijn zo zuinig op andermans spullen dat wij zelfs onze eigen BBQ meenemen op vakantie!!! Jammer voor de verhuurders; en wij komen niet terug, en geen €150,- verdient!!!!!

Great hosts, villa and pool.

Hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Gave us all the information we needed. Villa is well equipped and comfortable. Pool is great along with the grounds. Quiet peaceful location but easy access for touring and day's out. Would certainly visit again. 😀

séjour délicieux à Enveaux

La maison, spacieuse, lumineuse est parfaitement équipée pour une famille de 10 personnes. Dotée d'une piscine magnifique, elle est très bien située pour découvrir les richesses du Périgord très près de la Dordogne et de ses activités nautiques, indispensables en cas de canicule. Les hôtes charmants sont très discrets mais présents. Nous y avons passé un séjour enchanteur avec nos enfants et petits enfants.

wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal dort. Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Naturlage, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schöner Garten mit einem super großen Pool. Man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Und die Gegend um die Dorgogne und die Verzere bietet für jeden Geschmack super viele Ausflüge.

Mémorable, magnifique endroit à découvrir

Propriété vaste, avec une très belle vue. Calme, paisible. Très belle région avec pas mal de château à visiter dont le château où a vécu Joséphine Baker (Château Milandes). Pas mal d’activité sur place pour les petits et plus grands .. idéal pour une famille / entre amis .. Vanessa qui s’occupe de la location est au top et dispo pour les bons plan et à l’écoute ., je recommande et je reviendrais perso :) Merci à vous

Des vacances inoubliables!

Location parfaite! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. La maison est propre, grande, fonctionnelle. La piscine est parfaite (et sécurisée pour les enfants). La localisation était idéale pour faire des visites dans la région. Bref, nous avons adoré nos vacances à Allas-les mines. Nous reviendrons certainement un jour car nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour tout visiter.

Ideal gelegen für die Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten des Perigord

Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene (3 Zimmer) und 4 Kinder (1 Zimmer), sowie ein Baby. Es gibt ein gesondertes Bad mit Wanne, eine separate Toilette sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche an einem SZ. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll und gepflegt. Geschirr, Kochgeschirr etc. ist ausreichend und guter Qualität vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Hnadtücher sind mitzubringen. WZ und Küche bieten selbst bei Vollbelegung ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit gesondertem größerem Tiefkühler. Die nach Westen ausgerichtete Veranda ist abgeschattet und mit einem großen Tisch versehen. Der Pool ist groß und auch tief. Es gibt 4 Liegen, einige Gartenstühle und einen Grill. Das Grundstück bietet viel Platz für Tischtennis oder andere Ballspiele. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen aber nur französisch. Auto ist unbedingt notwendig (Stellplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden). Lebensmittel gibt es in ca. 8km (Castelnaud) bzw. 10km (Supermarkt in St.Cyprien). Freizeitaktivitäten wie Kanufahren, Heißballontouren, Wandern sind in direkter Nähe möglich. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Sarlat, Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Les Jardins de Marqueyssac etc. sind mit kurzer Autofahrt oder sogar teilweise nach kurzer Wanderung zu erreichen. Der Ort selber verfügt über keine Gastronomie, Geschäfte etc. Insgesamt ein sehr preiswertes und immer wieder weiter zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter verfügen in einem Nachbarort über ein weiteres Ferienhaus, was ebenfals gut ausgestattet scheint.

Location conforme au descriptif

Accueil chaleureux et maison conforme à l'annonce et aux photos (propre et fonctionnelle). Secteur riche aussi bien culturellement que par la gastronomie locale. Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation cette location qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Excellent séjour dans cette belle région !
