Holiday Home 'Durst 1' with Mountain Views, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

This holiday home enjoys a peaceful, sunny location on the edge of the forest in Mayrhofen, next to an old orchard with beautiful mountain views. The lively town center with shops, bars and restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away.



The house is decorated in a charming retro style with modern comforts. You have a garden, terrace, balcony, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The building has two separate holiday apartments that share a large garden.



Since October 2025, there is an extra parking space, making arrival and stay even more convenient.



The area offers excellent hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes, paragliding, canyoning, a swimming pool (15 minutes’ walk), tennis court and playground.



There is one parking space at the house. In addition, there is a reserved parking spot 700 m away and an extra space 7 minutes’ drive away. You can load and unload directly at the house.



Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 9:30 pm. Please separate your waste.
