The house features a cozy living room equipped with a satellite TV, radio with a CD player, an open fireplace, and scenic views of Lake Uvasjön. It includes three bedrooms; two with double beds and one with a single bed. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. A small bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin is also available. Guests benefit from four bicycles, a charcoal grill, and various garden furniture. Please note that linens and towels must be brought by guests, and the house is smoke-free and pet-free.

Nearby attractions include glassworks, Aboda Klint—one of Småland's highest points—and the historical city of Kalmar alongside the island of Öland. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, approximately 100 km away, is easily attainable within a 1.5-hour drive. Arrival is permitted on Saturdays during the high season and on any day during the low season; the minimum rental period is one week.
