Welcome to Villa Strandperle, Apartment 28/29 in Bansin on Usedom—your exclusive vacation home in a prime location!
This charming, 86 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 people and features direct access to the beach promenade as well as a stunning view of the Baltic Sea.

The spacious living area impresses with its light-filled atmosphere, an elegant leather seating area, and a stylish dining area. The open, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to enjoy culinary delights. Whether you wind down the day on the cozy balcony or in the harmoniously designed interior—feeling at home is a top priority here.

The apartment features three separate bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with a practical sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm).
Two stylish bathrooms offer additional comfort: one with a toilet and shower, the other with a bathtub, toilet, and shower. One bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom.

We require a security deposit of €250.00

Practical amenities:
- Two parking spaces are available free of charge for our guests (one in the underground garage—entry height 2 m—and one outside)
- Upon your arrival, you’ll find the beds already made and a starter set of towels waiting for you—for a completely relaxing start to your vacation
- In addition, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
- A beach chair rental is located at the nearest beach access point
