Welcome to our cosy, 42 m² holiday apartment in the popular Prinz Hamlet complex! The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can accommodate up to three people—ideal for couples, small families, or friends. You can’t get much closer to the sea: indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, shared sauna, free Wi-Fi, and proximity to the beach are all included.

Right in the entryway, you’ll find a small foyer with a coat rack and shoe rack. On the left is a handy storage cabinet for the vacuum cleaner and other items; on the right is the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, complete with a mirror.

The open-concept living and dining area is stylish and functional: On the left, a cosy sofa nook with a chest of drawers and TV invites you to relax. The sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping space for a third person in just a few simple steps.

On the right is the fully equipped kitchen—including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—as well as an inviting dining area with a table, chairs, and a bench.

A sliding door leads to the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (two single mattresses, each 80 × 200 cm), an open closet, and direct access to the furnished balcony. Please note that due to the building’s layout, the bedroom is rather narrow, and there is no additional passageway on one side.

Arrive, relax, and enjoy the best time of the year. Enjoy the fantastic ocean view from here—the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.

Important Note: The swimming pool at the Prinz Hamlet will be closed from November 3 through November 24 due to maintenance and cleaning work. Unfortunately, it will not be available for use during this period.

The Prinz Hamlet apartment building is situated in a fantastic location—right on the Pelzerhaken promenade and only about 40 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze, the sweeping view of the water, and relaxing walks along the coast—all without a car, since everything is just a few steps away.
The well-maintained complex offers numerous amenities to make your stay especially pleasant: An on-site indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool—which is open until mid-September—invite you to swim and relax, regardless of the weather. For additional relaxation, a sauna is available—ideal after an active day at the beach or on cooler evenings.
In the building’s basement, you’ll find a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer—convenient for longer stays or a family holiday. There is also a storage area for bicycles behind the underground car park. A parking space for your vehicle is reserved in the immediate vicinity of the building. The clearance height of the underground garage is 2.05 m.

A special highlight of all apartments: Each apartment has its own balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. Whether you’re reading a book in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening—the balcony is your very own personal retreat. In addition, all apartments offer either a side view of the sea or a direct panoramic view of the Baltic Sea—giving you that true holiday feeling right from breakfast.
