Hi there and welcome to Haus Hüsung—your little oasis of relaxation in the heart of Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom! This lovingly furnished 60 m² vacation rental offers enough space for up to 3 adults and one toddler in its standard configuration—perfect for families seeking relaxation, comfort, and the enjoyment of nature. If a fourth person needs a place to sleep, a mattress can be provided. We charge €10 per night for this additional guest.

Start each day in a cozy atmosphere: The underfloor heating provides warmth and coziness, while the bright living room with a TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi invites you to relax. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals—from morning coffee to a cozy dinner.
For Nespresso fans, a Nespresso machine is available.

In the upstairs bedroom, you’ll find a high-quality box-spring bed for restful nights, a single bed, and a secure crib so even the little ones can sleep safely and soundly.
The bathroom, complete with a shower and hair dryer, offers comfort for the whole family.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge upon arrival. A change of towels and bedding costs 10€ per person.
A change of just towels or just bedding costs 5€ per person.
Towels may only be used inside the vacation rental.

For the adventurous, two bicycles are available free of charge—explore the idyllic surroundings on picturesque bike paths or take a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach. A private parking space right next to the house makes your arrival relaxed and hassle-free.

Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with a beach chair and seating—the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh sea air and reflect on your day.

In addition to the rent, we charge a fee of 60€ for final cleaning.
The visitor’s tax charged by the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz ranges from 2.20€ to 3.65€ per person (ages 6 and up) per day, depending on the season.

You can also pick up the spa cards yourself at the spa administration office or from the self-service machines.
