Apartment was clean tidy and comfortable. Host was great and very communicative. The location was lovely overlooking the marina but it was a fair distance from the centre of missano if you didn’t have a car. We were there for the MotoGP and it took us 35/40 minutes to walk to the track which was tiring in the heat. If you have a car it is ideal as it is very quiet. We were there out of season too which didn’t help as a lot around the marina was closed. There were a lot of restaurants around in close proximity to the apartment. All in all a good stay.

Thank you very much for your kind review and for choosing our apartment for your stay 😊 I’m really happy to hear that you found the apartment clean, comfortable, and enjoyed the view over the marina, as well as my communication as a host. You are right, by walk it is about 40 min to the Misano MotoGP circuit, by car only 6 minutes. During MotoGP events, there is also a bus service available, with a stop about 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment. As you correctly mentioned, in the low season some venues around the marina may be closed. For this reason, I always provide my guests with a small local guide, including restaurants and places that remain open year-round, all just a few minutes away by car.
