Vacation apartments Miralom - Holiday apartment 1

We offer guests one holiday apartment in our house, which has five units. All apartments are located on their own half-floor. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and, with its mature grounds and large garden featuring a pond, offers a nature-filled and relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. The garden is available for shared use.
Parking spaces are located directly on the property. A garage provides space for bicycles and also offers a charging station for e-bikes.
To ensure the property’s furnishings are well cared for, we ask for your understanding regarding the payment of a security deposit of €200.00. We will, of course, refund this to you upon departure, provided it is not needed to cover any damages.



Holiday Apartment 1:

This 52 m² holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and faces south. It features a living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room and bedroom have carpeted floors, while the hallway and kitchen have vinyl parquet flooring. Use of the laundry room is available upon request.
Bedding and linens are included. The final cleaning fee is €40.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 euros must be paid in cash; this will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected and found to be in good condition.



On-site costs: The booking and cancellation terms and conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Malente Tourismus-und Service GmbH apply, unless otherwise agreed upon with the landlord.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
