Luxurious and completely remodeled apartment in the best location on Capitol Hill. It is located just a few blocks from Seattle's famous Broadway Avenue. With a Walkscore of 98, you can't beat the location!

The apartment was completely renovated by an acclaimed interior designer. Everything is spotless, brand new and done to a very high standard. The most comfortable linens and finishes make the apartment as luxurious as a 5 star hotel. Two flat screen cable TV's, WiFi, free long distance, a Wii game console, modern and brand new kitchen and bath.

This is a spacious (over 650SF), light filled, one bedroom apartment with a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for those days when you don't want to dine at any of the wonderful neighborhood restaurants. This apartment will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler.

It is on a quiet residential street.

The location could not be better! The apartment is a few blocks WEST of Broadway, so it is very easy access to downtown, Eastlake, and I-5.

Great Stay with a lovely host

Everything was great. The location is a short walk to downtown and steps away from an easy bus route. The kitchen is well stocked and the place is very clean. Very attentive and kind host. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great Capital Hill location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a cold bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival!!!! The condo was close to a light rail terminal and bus shops. Shopping and fun places to dine were close by. The management was responsive and promptly remedied any concerns that we had. We will be returning again.

didn't like not having a person present to open the place at the agreed time.

having my elderly parents with me waiting for over 2 hours in a foreign city while I ran around trying to find a phone card to call the manager was not pleasant. I advised that I wouldn't have a US cell or wifi when I landed in Seattle. I expected to be greeted at the agreed time at the apartment.

I paid a king's ransom up front a month before. I don't understand why I was given the door codes by email 2 hrs before I moved in, which I clearly couldn't access because I didn't have wifi.

to add to the experience, there was nothing provided like airbnb do, just some stale coffee. I even had to buy my own toilet paper because the 3 rolls provided for 3 people for 7 nights were not enough.

toaster was faulty, shower would back fill so you were standing in a bath while washing. we are now in an airbnb in vancouver. Met at the door by the owners, fridge full of bottled water and condiments.

guess airbnb will be who I stick with in the future. I'm sorry vrbo, but first impressions mean so much. once bitten ...

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry you waited for two hours, and unfortunately, we're not sure how we could have prevented that given the information we had. We send a check in information sheet to all of our guests about a week prior to arrival and encourage them to contact us with any questions. We then contact the guest a day before arrival to confirm check in, provide the access code (which is changed for every guest on the day they check in) and answer any other questions they may have. We heard nothing back from this guest. A day prior to arrival, we sent and email and called the number provided, which was an overseas number, and we heard nothing back. We then phoned again twice on the arrival date and heard nothing back, nor did we receive an email. When the guest did get in touch with us, we provided the access code right away so they could enter the apartment. Again, the access codes are not put into the lock until the day of arrival as they are changed for each guest. This guest never informed us they would not be able to reach us when they arrived in town nor tried to arrange for a specific time to meet in person at the apartment If they had, we could have easily accommodated the request as our local manager lives right in the building and often meets guests in person. We hope other guests will read our reviews which speak to how responsive we are. We pride ourselves in responding quickly to all texts, emails and phone calls. Unfortunately, mental telepathy is not one of our skills, and we had no way of knowing when the guest would arrive or that they wanted someone to meet them at the apartment in person. While it's rare, we do occasionally have guests who do not have access to a phone upon arrival, and they've always let us know this in advance so we can make arrangements. This guest told us nothing. I'm sorry the guest was not happy with the amenities. We provide a complimentary bottle of WA state wine, fresh regular and decaf coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, garbage bags, dish and laundry detergent. As far as the guest's comments that the shower did not drain quickly, this is something we could have addressed right away if the guest had informed us. We do our best to provide a pleasant experience for our guests!

Nice and quiet but very bare bones and zero amenities

I do like the place but felt somewhat old and tired from a furniture, especially bedroom, perspective. Would be nice to have some lotion, qtios, etc.

Maximum occupancy is four people, including children.
Smoking, parties and pets are prohibited.
Three night minimum on weekends unless it's a last minute booking.
Two night minimum other times.
We will accept one night stays for last minute bookings or when there is only one night available.
$25 fee for check ins after 10pm.
Check-in is at 4pm. Early check-ins MAY be possible when asked in advance.
Check-out is at 11am, no exceptions.
All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival will be 100% refunded. For reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 75% of all payments made will be refunded for any of the dates we are able to book with alternative renters. If we are not able to book any of the dates with alternative renters, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
