The lovingly renovated "Mailin" seaside villa at Seestraße 36 in Heringsdorf is located in the heart of town. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Heringsdorf pier and the beach. The villa offers cosy holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people. All apartments feature well-maintained amenities.

This approximately 58-square-meter three-room apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5 people for a relaxing holiday. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed (1.25 x 2.00 m) as well as a TV and radio. The kitchenette is open to the living room and equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and more. Meals can be enjoyed at the large table in the light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened), which faces south. The larger bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space, while the smaller bedroom is furnished with a daybed (which can be used as a single or double bed). The interior bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. One parking space is available in the car park approximately 150 m from Villa Mailin.
Two parking spaces in front of the house are available for loading and unloading.
