From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town centre, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theatre. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both towards Heringsdorf and towards Ahlbeck.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (side entrance). You can store your own or rented bicycles safely on the property in a lockable bike shed.

Both bedrooms treat your ears to the sound of the ocean. The small bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. A flat-screen TV is, of course, included.
