On the Kulm, the "Annette" holiday home welcomes you to a quiet, park-like setting. The spacious accommodation for 6 people are stylishly and elegantly furnished, instantly creating a cosy holiday atmosphere—especially during morning breakfast on the balcony with a view of the sea. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property, which features two swings, a seesaw, and a spring rocker.

The lively town centre, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 m, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town centre is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair!

To round out your holiday experience, a free communal sauna in the central entrance of the building welcomes you from mid-September through mid-May (4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). During the following times, you can warm up and relax on several lounge chairs as well as in a small seating area.

At “Haus Valentino,” located on the same property, you can use a bike storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.

This modern 4-room apartment, with plenty of windows and a size of 108 m², spans two levels. Up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 and 80 x 200, respectively) and a wardrobe. A staircase leads up to the spacious living area, which is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a fireplace. From the large, furnished west-facing balcony—accessible directly from the living room—you can enjoy your meals as well as the stunning view over the rooftops of Heringsdorf all the way to the Baltic Sea. A modern kitchen with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, etc., along with an adjacent dining area, is also integrated into the living area. The third bedroom, also located on the upper level, is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200) and a small amount of storage space. Two additional furnished balconies, facing the morning and evening sun, adjoin two of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower and sink/toilet. In addition, the larger bathroom features a double sink, bathtub, and bidet. Two parking spaces are available in front of the apartment. A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage room are located in the neighbouring building. During the winter months, guests have free access to a sauna in the building on various days.

Please note that a security deposit of 50.00 euros must be paid upon arrival.

We’ll be happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. For this service, we charge 6.00 euros plus the cost of the firewood, which is 8.00 euros per sack (approx. 15 kg).
