Welcome to this vintage 30 m² villa, full of character and ideally located in a quiet, green neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from a lifeguarded beach.



The house features:



- A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

- One bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out beds for children.

- A bathroom with shower and a large wardrobe.

- A sunny 35 m² south-facing garden with outdoor furniture and a parasol.



The villa stays naturally cool in summer, especially in the rear bedroom (north-facing).

Everything is within walking distance: beach, forest, cycle paths, supermarket (200 m), and town center (10 minutes on foot).
