The ground-level entrance ensures a convenient start to your holiday, and the upper floor is also accessible via a stairlift. The house is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, but it is not ideally suited for unrestricted wheelchair use, as mobility is limited in some areas. With three separate bedrooms, a spacious, air-conditioned living area, and a well-maintained garden, the house is ideal for families or small groups who appreciate a cosy yet comfortable atmosphere. The patio is perfect for breakfast in the fresh air or relaxed evenings around the grill. For children, there’s plenty to discover in the fenced-in garden: a sandpit, a swing, and a trampoline provide plenty of exercise and fun. Toys are also available. You can park your car safely under the carport right next to the house. Families travelling with children will find a quiet, well-maintained environment here where they can breathe deeply and unwind.

On the ground floor is the cosy living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, air conditioning, and a spacious reading nook stocked with plenty of books. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and all the everyday kitchen essentials that make cooking a pleasure even on holiday. The living area opens directly onto the covered terrace. Also on the ground floor are a guest bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The upper floor is accessible via a standard staircase or conveniently via a stairlift. There are three bedrooms there: one with a double bed (190x200), one with another double bed (2x 90x200), and a children’s room with a pull-out tandem bed (2x 90x200). The upstairs bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and bathtub, ideal for relaxing after an active day on holiday. The house impresses with a harmonious overall design that combines a cosy style with amenities that offer everything needed even for longer stays—it is generally wheelchair-accessible, though not fully adapted to the needs of wheelchair users, as some areas may be too narrow for larger assistive devices.
