The Space:
The semi-detached house in a small residential complex offers almost 100 square meters of space for up to 6 people and is therefore ideal for a vacation with the family. Here you can relax and unwind as well as spend an active vacation. The property is located directly on Lake Plau and therefore offers an ideal location.

The spacious living room with an integrated, modern fitted kitchen and a great dining area, which is located in front of the terrace windows and thus promises a view of Lake Plau, can be reached via the hallway. The living area also has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV.
There is also a bedroom on the first floor, as well as a daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A wooden staircase, which is located in the living room, leads to the upper floor. Here you will find another daylight bathroom with bathtub and two further bedrooms.

The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating.

The Neighborhood:
A beach with sunbathing lawn is 100m away.
There is also a petting zoo in the immediate vicinity.

There are surf kite and water ski facilities about one kilometer away.

Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
