The approximately 46-square-meter apartment, which is accessed via an outdoor staircase, can accommodate up to 4 people. (The couch is a pull-out.)
There is a small kitchen-living room equipped with a stove and microwave.
In the center of the apartment is a pool table, which guests are welcome to use. A cozy double bed with built-in lighting completes the apartment.
The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
A washing machine is available in the building’s utility room on the first floor, if needed.
Pets are allowed for a small additional fee.
