Close to the sea, yet away from the hustle and bustle – the holiday apartment Lütte Veer in the Ostseeresidenz offers you a place of relaxation and recreation. This lovingly and modernly furnished holiday apartment is the perfect retreat to fully enjoy the coastal landscape and the sea climate. The spacious green area and the terrace invite you to sociable barbecue evenings. The idyllic bathing bays and the harbour at Saaler Bodden are just a five-minute walk away. There you can find peace, enjoy the sunset, or lose yourselves in stand-up paddling. The Baltic Sea beaches from Ahrenshoop to Graal-Müritz are only about a 25-minute drive away, and the seaside resort Zingst can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Spend the day at the lively beach, stroll along the pier, relax with a cocktail at a beach bar, watch the sunset over the sea, and then return to your quiet, green holiday home.



Beautiful cycle paths run through the area, and after your tour you can safely store your bicycle in the garage. Alternatively, bicycle stands are available in front of the garage.



Recently, two e-bikes have been added to our holiday apartment, which are available to you for excursions into nature.



The 1.60 m wide queen-size bed has been equipped with a new mattress, ensuring a restful sleep.



The large terrace front has been fitted with a new insect pleated door across the entire width.



Since photos can sometimes be a little misleading, we would like to mention that the shower height is currently 1.80 m. This means that taller guests may have to duck their heads while showering (Lütte Kajüte feeling).

Tolle kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir den Weinbaum.😉 haben uns daran bedient. Der absolute Hammer waren die zwei E-bikes, die zur Wohnung gehörten. Sind zwar nicht mehr die neusten Modelle, aber hat super Spaß gemacht, damit zu fahren. Da hat nix geklappert, sie waren total zuverlässig und bequem. Wir haben sie jeden Tag genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Wir haben die Stille geliebt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super nett. Cons: Für einen langen Aufenthalt gibt es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, Koffer und im Bad. Das Bad ist sehr niedrig, aber für uns gerade noch gegangen. Ein Bollerwagen für Gepäck und Einkäufe wäre noch toll. Weiter Weg bis zur Wohnung.

Pros: Die kleine Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat an alles gedacht….sehr ruhig gelegen….Natur pur Die Räder waren ein großes Plus!!! Cons: Dazu gibt es nichts zu sagen 😉

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation vor und nach der Reise ist beispielgebend, im Notfall wäre auch ein Kontakt während des Aufenthaltes möglich gewesen.Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was zwei Personen brauchen. Hier wurde an wirklich alles gedacht.Wir merken uns gerne diese Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt, sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen.
