Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le port. Airfield close by.
2-room apartment 42 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Entrance hall with Dressing room. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 16 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 17. Please note: TV only FR. the top bunk bed is only for 1 child and not for 1 adult. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
