After your adventures and a sauna session, make yourself comfortable on the sofa by the wood-burning stove, make plans for upcoming excursions while eating together and enjoy your time together, after dinner you can play a game of billiards.



Enjoy the sun to the full on the extensive grounds and watch your children play on the swings. After a wonderful day, relax on the terrace with a good glass of wine and watch the mesmerising starry sky.



Close to the house, the river Gudenå invites you to go canoeing - glide relaxed through the water and discover the idyllic river landscape from a new perspective. Along well-developed hiking and cycling trails, you can enjoy sweeping views over fields, forests and rolling hills. You can cast your line at selected spots. Visit the town of Silkeborg with its exciting museums, cosy cafés and the famous art centre with works by Asger Jorn.
