This typical Tuscan country house is located in the Crete Senesi, near San Giovanni d'Asso, in the province of Siena. It offers 100 m² of living space in two independent apartments for a maximum of 8 people. The property includes a 200 m² garden with a pool, which is exclusively for guests.

Interior

On the ground floor of the first apartment, there is a large living area with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a kitchenette. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

The second apartment also has a living room with satellite TV and a kitchenette on the ground floor, as well as a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom, where an extra bed can be added.

Outdoor Area

The property is enclosed by a hedge. In the well-kept garden, the pool area (3.50 x 6.50 m; 1.40 m deep) with comfortable loungers and parasols invites you to relax.

Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with a shady gazebo equipped with a table and chairs. All guests can also sit together under one of the gazebos for al fresco dining.

There is covered parking outside the garden.

The last 3 km of the driveway to the holiday home is unpaved. It is easily accessible with standard cars, but not recommended for lowered sports cars.

Pets are welcome; please be sure to mention this when booking.

The holiday home is rented exclusively. This means the entire house, garden, and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

The nearest village with grocery stores and other services is 3 km away, and the nearest restaurant is only 1 km away. The property is nestled in the beautiful Chianti countryside in a panoramic location, very close to San Giovanni d'Asso and the provincial capital of Siena.

Its central location makes it an ideal starting point for day trips to the surrounding art and cultural cities of Tuscany, such as Montalcino (home of Brunello), Bagno Vignoni (ancient thermal spa from the 12th century), Pienza (famous for its Pecorino), San Quirico d'Orcia, or the monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore.

The beautiful surrounding nature also invites you to enjoy activities such as hikes, mountain bike tours, horseback riding, and more.
