Perfect for large groups of up to 18 people, this villa offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to cater to all ages. Unwind in the villa\\\'s pool house, complete with a swimming pool and whirlpool, or explore the nearby lake for a breath of fresh air. The villa also boasts an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, as well as a games console for some friendly competition. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is the heart of the house, providing ample space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Enjoy your meals indoors at the large dining table, or outside on the terrace with a barbecue. The villa offers seven bedrooms and a loft, comfortably accommodating 18 guests. It also includes three bathrooms for your convenience. Please note, a tourist tax applies for visitors over 16 years old in Krakow am See, deducted from the deposit upon settlement. The rate is €1.50 per day in high season (April to September) and €0.50 per day in low season (October to March). Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.

Today, we rent out more than 500 large holiday homes – so large that we call them Sammenhuse™️. They can accommodate 10–40 people and feature a pool or spa, activity rooms and large common areas where family, friends or colleagues can get together. We make it easy to get together – whether it's for a holiday, birthday or company outing. Our local VillaVilla hosts welcome guests, introduce them to the house and are available throughout their stay.
