Spread over three floors (160 m²), the house features a rooftop terrace and three balconies. The spacious rooms are decorated with traditional Spanish touches. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, heating, and WiFi. Callosa D'Ensarria is an authentic Spanish village just 5 minutes by car from the Algar waterfalls, where you can swim, 10 minutes from a public pool, and 15 minutes from Altea and the beach.



On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a large corner sofa, TV, fiber optic WiFi, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktops, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and toaster. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed and beautiful mountain views from its balcony.
