The living area is furnished with a sofa and dining table and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. For entertainment and convenience, there is a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. For added cosiness, there is an electric fireplace in the living area (non-heating).
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped: glass-ceramic stove, oven with microwave function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and an espresso machine (Tassimo).
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and makeup mirror.
Outside, you can enjoy a balcony with patio furniture. A free private parking space is available.
The location is particularly convenient: shopping, restaurants, and the city centre are all within 50 m, and public transport is about 300 m away. The sandy beach and the ocean are 450 m away.
