Modern bright apartment GRÜNTENSICHT for 2. persons mountain view and meadows invite you.

The cosy (45 square metres) GRÜNTENSICHT holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Durach. The apartment offers a view of meadows and mountains. Everything is within easy walking distance (shopping, dining, bus, and train). By car, you can reach the Allgäu interchange on the A7 highway in just a few minutes. From here, you can quickly explore the Allgäu in any direction. There’s also a swimming lake nearby.

The completely newly furnished apartment for 2 people features a living and dining area, as well as a modern kitchen with a cooking island equipped with: induction cooktop/oven/microwave/refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher/coffee maker/kettle/toaster, a set of pots and pans, and all necessary utensils, such as cups/cutlery, etc. Of course, a flat-screen TV and a radio are also provided.

The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm). The mattresses and blankets are fitted with hygienic covers. A wardrobe and a bench for your suitcases are available for storage. And, of course, a window with a screen!

The 17-square-meter living and dining area features a leather recliner and sofa, as well as two cosy armchairs for relaxing. From the table, you can see our local mountain, the Grünten. With a total of 13 square metres of window space, it feels like a sunroom. The door to the terrace also has an insect screen. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.

Our (22-square-meter) terrace, two-thirds of which is covered, allows you to relax on the lounge chairs or the corner seating area even when the weather is bad. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun until sunset.

It has a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a window with a screen.

A parking space for your car is available. The apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
Bicycles can also be parked on the covered terrace. You can ride a bike from the meadow to the apartment.

IMPORTANT:

This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is, of course, permitted on the terrace.
Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.

The minimum booking period is 3 nights (85 euros per night) during the off-season and 5 nights during the peak season (95 euros per day)

A maximum of 2 people can stay in our TOP holiday apartment!!
Generally, no check-ins on Sundays.
There is no tourist tax or other fees to pay here.

Bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc., are included. The holiday rental is fully equipped—just arrive and relax☀️⛰️ Let’s get started.
