The living space has been designed to tell a story, paying tribute to the historic owner of the building – the famous sculptor Augustyn Schoeps. One wall of the apartment is covered with black wallpaper depicting sculptures inspired by the work of this great artist.

The area is very pedestrian-friendly, with well-maintained pavements and plenty of greenery in nearby parks, such as Fryderyk Chopin Park (approx. 500 m) – perfect for a peaceful stroll.
